This webinar is based on the work of leading international conflict coach, Cinnie Noble. Geoffrey is a qualified coach and uses her model in his work.

In the session you will get a better understanding of how to manage conflict and learn how you can improve your skills around how to handle conflict through the two unique models Cinnie has developed:

• The CINERGY(R) model of conflict management coaching - the coaching process or approach.
• The ‘Not-So-Merry-Go-Round’ of conflict - a construct based on ‘experiential research’ that shows us the sequence we experience when provoked.

Understanding these principles will enable you to consider new ways of working with conflict, as well as challenging your thinking, practice and behaviour in relation to conflict.

In this session you will learn:

• What is conflict management coaching and how this differs from other types of coaching.
• How you can use it for specific disputes or to improve your general competency at handling conflict.
• The difference between conflict and dispute.
• What values, needs and identity are in a workplace setting.
• The workings of the ‘Not-So-Merry Go-Round’ model works.
• Examples of how to work through a dispute.
